I have two pieces of advise for you. First it is important to know that everytime you apply for a loan or credit it lowers your credit rating, making it even harder for you to get credit in the future. I realize that you must do this sometimes though and I am not criticizing. Secondly you should go to zopa.com. This is a peer to peer lending site that launhed in Britain last year. They may not be operating here yet but will be very soon.

You can try American General Finance, you have to put up collateral and their intrests rates are high, but they're good for loans just look them up on line and see if they're in your area, I'm in IL. soooo not sure if you have them by you, otherwise are you a part of a credit union they would be another source that's good for lending money out.

Are you in college, take out a loan there? I don't highly suggest this but try title loans, or payday loans. Good luck, as soon as you find out let me know b/c I need 2,000 dollars and I am in the same situation.

With a record like yours, why would any individual or institution be willing to lend you money? It would appear that you spend considerably more than you earn. Fix that problem and you won't need a loan.

If you explain your circumstances to your employer they may be able to help.

The only other way would be through loan sharks and believe me if you think you are in trouble now you will be deeper if they get a hold on you.

would not sound like your banker is "incompetent" to me. lenders now need an entire paper path on the place your funds is coming from. many people attempt to borrow their down funds and cover that certainty; that's why the lenders are so careful.

Try this site: http://www.prosper.com

It brings together people who need a loan and people who want to lend.
