What is the minimum balance you have to have in a Bank of America eBanking checking account?

I just dropped out of college and have a Chase College account, so I can't keep using it anymore.
I was looking to change it to a normal Chase checking account, but I can't pay the fees and conditions since I don't have a job at the moment. You also have to have aroun 1500 dollars in the account to avoid fees and I don't have that kind of money.
I was looking at the Bank of America checking accounts and the eBanking account is perfect for me since it has no fees under certain conditions that I am able to fulfill. However, there is no word in their website as to how much you have to have in the account to avoid fees.
If anyone has that type of account, I would really appreciate if you could tell me. Maybe all B of A checking accounts ask for the same minimum balance, so if that is the case, please tell me. I checked a website that gives info about different banks and their checking accounts, but I don't know if they are current because there is no date.
