I am trying to list my item for sale on eBay. I get to the last step to pay for seller fees, and I hit a wall.

If I try to use PayPal (I have an activated account), it tells me to add a card even though I already have one registered to my PayPal account. So I tried to enter the information. It tells me that the card is already registered (because it is), but since it is registered, shouldn't it let me continue? Oh, and if I try and and a new card, it says my PayPal account cannot be activated at this time (it's already activated, btw).

If I try to pay using just a credit card (no PayPal), after I enter the information, it says I have exceeded the number of verification attempts.

So here's the dilemma... When I try paying for seller fees, I get asked to add a credit card, even though I have one registered. When I try to add it, it says it's already registered. This is the final barrier I need to get past to sell my item. Can someone please help me?

while you're itemizing for a 7 day merchandise the weekends are solid. this way you human beings would be homestead and be waiting to get entry to their computers and bid against one yet another. different smart the time will oftentimes expire and persons will ignore or get distracted by potential of artwork or different issues.

this doesn't seem right at all. go into your ebay settings and look at the credit card info. Is the expiry date correct?

AND/OR Is your credit card expired?
