I have a Bank Of America checking account. If i deposit a check in an ATM on a Saturday Night, what time Monday morning will the money show up in my account?

It will NOT show up monday morning. Anything you do in the bank- or at the ATM after 4pm on friday is included on Monday's Business day's work. That Atm deposit that you made saturday will get taken out from the atm monday morning, and it will be sent out with monday's work. It will be reviewed in the back-offices and then show up in your account tuesday morning.
Banking after the banking center's friday cut-off (4pm at my center- maybe 3pm or 5pm at other banking centers) is virutally the same as banking on monday.
The only benefit of you putting that in the atm is that if it is a large check- the first $100 of that check is available to you right away.
You will have to wait until tuesday for the rest. unless you get a "hold notice" in the mail telling you that the funds will be released over a certain period of time. this is rare- only happens if the check is unusally larger than your normal deposits, if your account is very new, or if you are negative.

It depends on whether the check is local or out of town and the source institution. If the check is from another Bank of America account, you should have instant access. Otherwise average is 5 business days.

Depends on the bank the check was drawn on. 2-10 business days in most cases.
