But the drumset is broken. The cost to buy a new drumset is going to run me about $50.
Had I known this I would have just bought it brand new from a store.
On the auction the seller says
"The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended.'
This is a lie. The seller also offers "Included Warranty: Full, 90-Day Warranty"
I contacted the seller to get a replacement drumset and they told me they didn't have any replacements and offered a $15 refund.
Since the seller so blatantly lied is there a way a can get a full refund?
The item wasn't fully functional as promised and the warranty I thought i was buying was completely made up.
Here's a link to the auction. I'm not sure it'll work since it ended.
