I bought a used Rockband Bundle for $60. The Guitar, game and microphone work fine.
But the drumset is broken. The cost to buy a new drumset is going to run me about $50.

Had I known this I would have just bought it brand new from a store.

On the auction the seller says
"The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended.'

This is a lie. The seller also offers "Included Warranty: Full, 90-Day Warranty"

I contacted the seller to get a replacement drumset and they told me they didn't have any replacements and offered a $15 refund.

Since the seller so blatantly lied is there a way a can get a full refund?

The item wasn't fully functional as promised and the warranty I thought i was buying was completely made up.

Here's a link to the auction. I'm not sure it'll work since it ended.

Like everyone else wrote, if you brought via paypal, have them help you b/c clearly the seller put up false advertisements, see if they can give you back your money.

That happen to me once, they person didn't even spend the item and he got the money, i emailed paypal (since i did it with them) and they found out i was right, and i got my money back.

Be careful when buying from ebay, i did after my experience.

Confucius say" Deal that usually to good to be true is" Give the seller the opportunity to correct the problem. Simply let him know that you either want a drum set or a full refund. The auction clearly states 14 day money back guarantee buyer pays return shipping. If he cant give you a drum set then have him agree in a email to refund your money if he wont agree file a negative feed back and a complaint with ebay and or paypal if you used paypal. If he does agree take pics of the item before you package it up and when you ship it any other way then UPS make sure you request the item be signed for when delivered. Now in the future always check a sellers feedback before purchasing. 98% feed back is not bad but when you read his negative feedback they all relate to what you are going through now. I'm sure your next purchase on ebay will go much smoother.

Try taking it up with paypal. I'm sure thats the way you payed, well you don't have a choice with ebay anymore.

Also, make sure you leave feedback about the seller to warn others.

if you paid with paypal, then they may refund you the money once you present your case to them. otherwise, go to the help button, get an online help agent, and tell them your problem, and they will investigate.
